Usage Instructions: 1. Wet the brush head and apply a small amount of toothpaste. 2. Place the brush head halfway between your teeth and gums at a slight angle. 3. Turn on the toothbrush. 4. Slowly glide the brush head from tooth to tooth, spending a few seconds on each tooth surface. Do not scrub or apply excessive pressure; let the brush do the work. 5. Brush for two minutes, using the built-in timer and 30-second pacer to ensure all quadrants of the mouth are cleaned thoroughly. 6. After use, rinse the brush head under running water with the handle still switched on for a few seconds. 7. Turn off the handle, remove the brush head, and rinse both parts separately. Wipe them dry before reassembling. 8. Recharge the toothbrush on its charging stand as needed. A full charge can take up to 22 hours and typically provides 10-17 days of use based on brushing twice a day for two minutes. 9. Replace the brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles become splayed or the indicator bristles fade halfway.
