Usage Instructions: Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a toothbrush. After brushing, spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly; do not swallow the toothpaste. This toothpaste is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.
