Oral-B electric toothbrush replacement heads are typically made of plastic for the head structure and nylon bristles. These materials are designed to be safe and hygienic for oral care use. Some Oral-B brush heads may feature specialized bristles, such as "Bacteria Guard Bristles," which help keep the brush clean for up to 90 days.

Usage Instructions

Dentists recommend replacing your Oral-B electric toothbrush brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles become worn or frayed. Many Oral-B brush heads include Indicator bristles that fade from green to yellow/white, signaling when it's time for a replacement to maintain optimal cleaning efficacy.

After each brushing session, rinse the brush head under running water with the handle switched on. Then, remove the brush head and clean the handle and brush head separately, ensuring water runs inside the top of the handle and inside the brush head. Wipe all parts dry and allow them to air-dry before reassembling the toothbrush. This product is not recommended for use on children under the age of 3.
