Usage Instructions: After brushing your teeth, rinse with 10ml to 15ml of undiluted mouthwash. Hold the mouthwash in your mouth for at least one minute. It is recommended not to rinse your mouth with water or ingest food or drink until approximately 15 minutes after rinsing to achieve maximum effectiveness. Use two or three times a day.
